This case is before the court for review of a judgment entered June 23, 1976, finding the defendant guilty of attempted rape, party to a crime.

On October 15, 1975, a criminal complaint and warrant were issued against Joseph Maclin, Jr. (defendant), charging him with abduction, rape, attempted rape, all as party to a crime. The defendant voluntarily surrendered to the police on October 16, 1975...
