A counterclaim by Hart Agency, Inc., praying for specific performance of an option which had been exercised, was denied by the court. The option, dated August 28, 1973, was granted to R. M. Hart, individually, and was assigned to Hart Agency, Inc., and exercised by that corporation in accordance with a specific provision...
