Charles H. Wade was killed when the automobile which he was operating was struck by an automobile driven by Ricky Edward Seay. Wade's personal representative brought this wrongful death action against Seay in the trial court. In a jury trial the jury returned a verdict finding both Seay and Wade negligent.
