WILLIAMS, J.

Mack Harris Thompson appeals from a judgment entered upon his conviction in a trial to the court sitting without a jury of possession of heroin in violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, RCW 69.50.401(c). He contends that certain evidence seized during a police investigation should have been suppressed. We affirm.
