The Sheriff1 of Baltimore City is of the mind that Thomas Abshire should not be allowed to continue employment as a deputy sheriff, so the Sheriff preferred charges against Abshire before the Secretary of Personnel of the State of Maryland. Specifically, Abshire was alleged by the Sheriff to have violated State Employee Personnel Rules .47...
