Petitioner's workmen's compensation benefits were unilaterally suspended by the respondent carrier during the period of her pregnancy and she has instituted this special action to challenge the hearing officer's finding that the Notice of Suspension of Benefits issued by the carrier was not void. We are of the opinion that the notice suspending petitioner's benefits during the period of her pregnancy was void. The award is...
