Appellants Richard A. and Linda G. Goubeaux petitioned this court to review the decision of the Court of Appeals, Division Two, which affirmed the judgment of the trial court in this matter. Gulf Homes, Inc. v. Goubeaux, 122 Ariz. 147, 602 P.2d 815 (App. 1979). We granted review. The opinion of the Court of Appeals is vacated.
