The appellant, William Thomas Wright, also known as Darrell Elmore, was charged in Case No. CRF-77-1542, with the crime of Burglary in the Second Degree, in the District Court of Tulsa County. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and in the second stage of the trial found the appellant guilty of Burglary in the Second Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony.
