Appellant Billy Wayne Miracle was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery with two convictions alleged for enhancement and given the mandatory sentence of life imprisonment. Miracle exhausted state remedies and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, filed a habeas corpus application with the federal district court.
