This is a pro se civil case filed by the plaintiff, a prisoner at Waupun State Prison, alleging that the defendants violated his rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The defendants have filed motions to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, to strike paragraphs 17, 18, 19 and 21 of the plaintiff's complaint and paragraphs 3(a), (b), (c) and 4 of the prayer for relief.
