Plaintiff, Anne deBruin, brought this action against Defendant, William Sowers, for violations of 15 U.S.C. §§ 77e, 77l and 78j. This Court has jurisdiction over the matter under 15 U.S.C. §§ 77v and 78aa. The cause came for trial before the Honorable Harry E. Claiborne on October 17, 1978.
