LENT, Justice.

Defendant appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict in this action for damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff when an automobile slipped off its jack and fell on his chest. We affirm.

Defendant was the employer of the motorist plaintiff was assisting when the "accident" occurred.1 Defendant's motions for nonsuit and for a directed verdict were denied, and the jury returned a verdict finding negligence...
