This is an appeal from summary judgments against plaintiff appellant Dorothy McKinley. McKinley, who slipped and fell on a public sidewalk, sought to recover damages resulting from that accident. We reverse.

In 1969, June and Wayne Fanning were the owners of the Clearwater Hotel in Pierce, Idaho, and the Clearwater Cafe which was located in part of the hotel building. Wayne Fanning is now deceased. McKinley was the lessee, occupier and operator...
