Plaintiff, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, [hereinafter "EEOC"] seeks a preliminary injunction against the defendant, Bronson Methodist Hospital [hereinafter "Bronson"], requesting this Court to reinstate one Ernesta Lynn Worthams to her former position as a nurse at Bronson. EEOC contends that Worthams was discharged from her position as a nurse in retaliation...
