Plaintiff alleges that he suffered personal injuries while he was shopping in the store of defendant, Allied Super Market, doing business as Arlan's Food Store in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He states that he picked up a carton of Dr. Pepper drinking soda from the self-service shelf and that while attempting to place it in a cart provided by Arlan's one of the bottles exploded and that a fractured piece of the glass bottle struck him in the right eye...
