Plaintiff Iona Hoeppner filed suit in the District Court of Salt Lake County against Defendant Utah Farm Bureau Insurance Company for breach of contract. Plaintiff claimed that she was entitled to recover proceeds under a homeowner's insurance policy issued by the defendant.
