This is an appeal from a decree directing specific performance of two contracts to sell land.1 Defendant assigns as error the trial court's finding that one of the vendors, Mrs. Bonham, had the capacity to contract for the sale of her parcel. Defendant also assigns error to the decree of specific performance contending that the ten percent liquidated damages clause in the contracts...
