Una Charlene Langer appeals a determination by the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review which, after a remand hearing, affirmed the referee and ruled her ineligible under the disqualifying provision of Section 402(i) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Act),1 43 P.S. § 802(i).
