WEISBERGER, Justice.

This is a petition for certiorari brought under the Administrative Procedures Act, G.L. 1956 (1977 Reenactment) § 42-35-16, to review a judgment of the Superior Court affirming a decision by the Board of Review of the Department of Employment

Security (the board). The board had previously upheld the decision of the referee and denied benefits to claimant.

The claimant, Mrs. Huntley, was employed for 7 years...
