This is a condemnation proceeding in which the primary issue is whether lessee, W. G. leVison, is entitled to recover damages for loss of his leasehold estate, and if so, the amount of such damages. Before trial, the owner, Skillern, and the City of Dallas stipulated that the value of the condemned property was $320,000.00. The City then withdrew from the actual trial.
