This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court which affirmed a decision of the Municipal Court of Brookline which had previously affirmed a decision of the Rent Control Board of Brookline (board). The plaintiff alleges substantive and procedural errors in the conduct and results of the hearing before the board on his petition for adjustment of rents on his property. We find error in the conduct of the hearing, and as a result we vacate the judgment...
