("UA"), and Local 640, International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Machine Operators of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO ("the Union"). The Union sought to arbitrate the dispute but UA originally petitioned the State court to stay arbitration on the ground that there was no agreement...
