Defendant, The Detroit Edison Company ("Detroit Edison" or "the Company") moves pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Plaintiff moves pursuant to Rule 23(c)(1), Fed.R.Civ.P., for class action certification and cross-moves pursuant to Rule 56, Fed. R.Civ.P., for summary judgment in her favor.
