This is an application for post-conviction writ of habeas corpus.

Petitioner was convicted in Justice Court of Wood County of the misdemeanor offense of speeding on June 17, 1970. Punishment was assessed at a $22.00 fine. Thereafter, petitioner filed an appeal bond, in order to bring an appeal, which would be a trial de novo, in the County Criminal Court of Wood County...
