This is an appeal by White-Weld & Company, a member of the New York Stock Exchange, from an adverse judgment obtained against it by a former employee, appellee Mosser. The principal question on appeal is whether the trial judge erred in refusing to abate the suit pending arbitration pursuant to a written agreement between the parties to arbitrate.
