WOLLMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from the judgment and sentence entered after a plea of guilty to a charge of third degree burglary. We affirm.

Around 1:00 a. m. on August 29, 1976, Rapid City police received a call from a citizen who reported seeing a person tampering with a window in a laundromat in an adjoining building.
