Defendant, Kenneth Horn, pleaded guilty to the charge of arson in the Circuit Court of Williamson County and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 2 to 20 years. Defendant appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to withdraw his plea of guilty and vacate judgment.
