STATON, Judge.

Charles Bruch filed suit against Centerview Community Church, Inc. ("Centerview") to quiet the title to certain real estate. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Centerview. In his appeal to this court Bruch contends that the trial court erred in instructing the jury.

We affirm.
