In the complaint, the Department of Labor (Department) charged the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company (B & O) and the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company (C & O) with violating Section 4 of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, (29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.).
