Plaintiff Olin Corporation filed this action in two counts on December 28, 1977, seeking to restrain the payment of unemployment compensation benefits which the defendant State of Illinois proposed to pay to those honoring the picket lines of striking unions at Olin's East Alton, Illinois, plant.
