This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile-pedestrian accident. Plaintiff, John M. Dunlap, appeals from a jury verdict in favor of the defendant driver, Randy L. Coleman. We capsulize plaintiff's 11 assignments of error as follows.
