This case is before us to review the entry of summary judgment. In so doing, we must determine whether "the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with the affidavits. . . show that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact" and that the plaintiff "is entitled to judgment as a matter of law."
