This action is before the Court upon a stipulated record for a decision on the merits. Plaintiff is the beneficiary of a group life insurance policy insuring Caroline Castello, deceased. Plaintiff brings this action to recover on the policy. The Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 29 U.S.C. §§ 186 and 1132.
