OGG, Judge.
The appellant/defendant Calvin Gaddy was convicted after a jury trial of second degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon. The defendant was sentenced to a term of not less than eighteen months nor more than twenty-four months on the conviction of assault with a deadly weapon and to a term of eleven years to twelve years on the conviction of murder in the second degree.
