Mrs. Lillie Duhon brought Action No. 76-1191 against Ford Motor Corporation (Ford) and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear) for the wrongful death of her son, Shelby Leleux, who was killed when his car left the roadway and struck a culvert. This action was consolidated with Civil Action No. 76-1323 brought against the same defendants by Floyd Dugas, a passenger in the car, for personal injuries...
