It is ORDERED that OWEN N. EISENBERG of Stratford be suspended from the practice of law for two years and until further order of the Court, effective March 12, 1976; and it is further

ORDERED that OWEN N. EISENBERG be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing suspended, disbarred and resigned...
