The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with this Court recommending that ALBERT N. STENDER of Elizabeth be publicly reprimanded for violations of DR 1-102(A) (4) and (5) and DR 7-102(A) (3) and (5) in connection with his conduct in the prosecution of the matter of State v. Petti, et al. (I-958-74) and that he be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts, and good cause appearing...
