This action comes before the Court upon the motion of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company for summary judgment.

By this action, plaintiff seeks to recover accidental death benefits under seven life insurance policies issued by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company on the life of Joseph B. White.
