The principal question in this appeal is the meaning of the will of W. K. Bradley of South Carolina who died on December 30, 1881 with respect to the persons in whom the fee of his real property vests. The question arises because certain of the testator's lineal descendants claim that, as devisees under the will, they have property interests in land previously owned by him which were not validly acquired by the United States in several condemnation...
