At trial, Mrs. Elizabeth Staton, a licensed real estate broker, was allowed to give testimony as an expert stating her opinion as to the value of the subject property immediately before and immediately after the condemnation. On cross-examination it was elicited from the witness that she had considered the highest and best use of the property to be residential and that she had not considered whether the property was suitable for commercial or industrial...
