Raymond H. Broome died on January 17, 1976 while riding his snowmobile when he hit a piece of cable strung across property owned by the Antlers' Hunting Club in Brown Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. On January 18, 1977, Harold Broome, the decedent's executor, filed the above-captioned action in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York alleging diversity jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C. § 1332...
