HALL, Justice.

Williams was convicted by a jury for the offense of rape. The trial court granted a motion for new trial on the ground that "the verdict is decidedly and strongly against the weight of the evidence." Code Ann. § 70-206. After having been granted a new trial, Williams entered a guilty plea to the offense of rape and received a five-year sentence.
