Defendant was convicted of murder and armed robbery and sentenced to two concurrent terms of 25 to 50 years in the penitentiary. On appeal, the murder conviction was reversed. Defendant then filed a petition for a post-conviction hearing in the trial court asking for a reduction in sentence on the armed robbery conviction.
