Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 923(f)(3) for judicial review of the denial of its application for renewal of its federal firearms license. Plaintiff's application was denied under 18 U.S.C. § 923(d)(1)(C) by the Defendant Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) because Plaintiff was found to have "willfully violated" certain provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968 (Act), 18...
