MOTLEY, District Judge.

Joseph R. Healey petitions this court for a writ of habeas corpus, 28 U.S.C. § 2254, on the ground that he was denied effective assistance of court-appointed counsel in violation of his rights under the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution.1 The petition will be dismissed in 30 days from the filing of this order unless, prior to that date, petitioner submits specific information...
