This appeal is from a declaratory judgment adverse to the appellant, Dairyland Insurance Company (Dairyland), rendered in an action brought by Dairyland to determine if an automobile liability insurance policy issued by it to the appellee, Richard Lee Dollarhide (Dollarhide), provided coverage for an accident which resulted in the death of Linda Elaine Beekman (Linda).
