Donald and Linwood Koehling were separately charged with unlawful possession of deer in violation of 12 M.R.S.A. § 2353 (1974). In a consolidated jury-waived trial, each of them was convicted of the charge. The complaint in each case alleged merely that the defendant on or about October 3, 1975, in the town of Woolwich, County of Sagadahoc, had unlawfully had deer in his possession during closed season on deer.
