In a separation agreement executed on July 10, 1974, and incorporated by reference in a subsequent divorce decree, the parties to this appeal by paragraph nine covenanted that they would "devise and bequeath unto their four ... children ... all of their interest in their real estate now owned by them as tenants by the entireties...."
