This case comes before the court en banc on the preliminary objections of defendant, Ruth A. Teets, to a writ of fraudulent debtor's attachment. (Defendant John E. Teets has filed no preliminary objections.) Her first preliminary objection is that the Pennsylvania fraudulent debtor's attachment procedures lack procedural due process and are, therefore, unconstitutional. So far as we are aware this issue has not yet been considered...
