Spangler, filed a petition for support under The Pennsylvania Civil Procedural Support Law of July 13, 1953, P.L. 431, 62 P.S. §2043.31 [see now 42 Pa.C.S.A. §6701], on February 10, 1978, alleging that respondent, Ronald Lee Spangler, her ex-husband, is the father of her child, Richard Lee Spangler. Respondent denied paternity, and a hearing was set for September 7, 1978.
